Return within 30 days

We offer a 30-day return policy (no questions asked). We will gladly accept returns within 30 days for any reason. Once the item is returned, we will refund the original payment method.

Process to Return

Step 1 - Tighten all oil caps before repackaging to prevent leakage.

Step 2 – Don't forget to include your order ID number and order number in your return package

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping costs are not refunded for returned items.

What if I want to return a product?

What if my product is damaged when it arrives?

If your order was received damaged, please send us an email with a photo of the damaged item(s) to, and our customer service staff will gladly assist you with a replacement.

What if my order is missing something?

If your shipment is missing a product or has not arrived, please email us your order information at info@, and we'll get the issue resolved as quickly as possible.

What if I damaged or already used a product before returning it?

Partial refunds may be issued for any product received in damaged condition or if a significant amount of product has been used.

What should I do if I want to cancel or amend my order?

If you need to cancel or amend your purchase, please send an email to info@healing While we cannot guarantee modifications to orders once they have been placed, we will do our best to accommodate. If we were unable to amend or cancel the order, please mark the unopened parcel "Return to Sender" and send it to the proper mail carrier. We will give a full product refund once we get the shipment back to our facilities.
